Questions people ask before starting.
How Moore Health is organized, how virtual care works, and what to expect. For questions about your own care, please use your patient account.
Moore Health is the parent clinic. Moore For Men and Moore For Her are focused clinics within the same medical group, sharing the same standards for assessment, practitioner oversight and ongoing patient support.
Virtual care is currently available to eligible patients in Ontario. Eligibility is confirmed during the intake and review process.
No. You start with a concern or an assessment, not a product. Deciding what is appropriate is the clinical team’s job, following your individual assessment and consultation.
No. The care finder only points you to the most relevant page. It does not collect medical information, does not create a record, does not produce a diagnosis, and nothing you select is stored or sent anywhere.
Nothing has changed. Your existing account, password, messages, forms, orders and treatment information are all unchanged, and you sign in exactly where you always have. Use your Moore For Men account, or start from the patient login page.
Not right now. A central Moore Health portal is in development. If and when accounts move, existing patients will be told in advance and guided through it — there is nothing you need to do today.
Use the secure communication area inside your patient account. Please do not send medical history, symptoms, medications or test results through the public contact form — it is for administrative questions only.
Some concerns need an in-person examination, urgent assessment, emergency care or a different specialist. Where that is the case, the clinical team will tell you and point you in the right direction.
Not yet. Moore For Her is being developed as part of Moore Health Group. You are welcome to ask to be notified when patient intake opens — we will not ask for medical details to do that.
